Stephanie Dock leads the District Department of Transportation’s Research, Development, and Technology Transfer Program. The program helps the agency to be more innovative in everything from safety and development review to pervious pavements, traffic signals, and agency management. Project-wise, Stephanie manages the District Mobility project on multimodal congestion and is involved in multimodal trip and parking generation work locally and nationally as well as a smart city parking pilot.
