Mike Pritchard is a Senior Transportation Planner with the York County Planning Commission in York, Pennsylvania. As the staff for the York Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, YCPC’s work includes all transportation topics including TIP investments, corridor studies, long range transportation planning, and transit & non-motorized planning. In six years of work with the local transit agency (rabbittransit), Mike has developed two data-driven Transit Development Plans, an Annual Report of Transit Statistics, and a bicycle and pedestrian connectivity inventory of the area surrounding the system’s bus stops.
