Mr. Leo Fothergill has over 15 years of experience in supporting safety, environmental, and transportation projects using geographic information systems (GIS) and database technology. He is experienced in providing applications, maps, spatial analysis, databases, data services and reports for both transit and highway related projects. He has worked in a variety of roles and settings including on-site with the MTA for the past several years where he has functioned as a seamless extension of the client’s staff. Mr. Fothergill was certified as a GIS Professional (GISP) in 2009 and holds a masters degree in Geography and Environmental Planning.
