Before joining the RTA, Will created the interim service and traffic plans for major transit renewal projects at the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) and has informed high profile transportation policies in the City of Chicago as Mayoral Fellow to the Emanuel administration. He earned his Masters in Urban Planning & Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
