Senior Research Associate at the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) at the University of South Florida, and current Vice-Chair of TRB’s Transit Capacity & Quality of Service Committee.
She has over 20 years’ experience in the field of public transit, consisting of service planning, operations planning, survey design/ administration/analysis, working with the National Transit Database, performance measurement, statistical analysis, and research.
Her most recent work is research-oriented, focusing on transit bus safety; demographic changes and transit ridership; and topics related to BRT, including estimating the property value impacts of proximity to BRT stations.

She also has 15 years’ experience teaching various Economics courses at USF.
