Jacob Labutka is a recent graduate of Rutgers University where he earned a Master's in City and Regional Planning (MCRP) with a concentration in Transportation Policy and Planning. As a Transit Planner at PSTA, he works with a dedicated Planning team on a variety of transit projects ranging from BRT to sustainability planning initiatives. He utilizes tools such as GIS and Remix to help plan the dynamics of innovative transit programs (such as first/last mile services) and assess their effectiveness at serving existing and potential riders.
