Sandy is a Senior Transportation Planner with solid experience in regional transportation operations, research and policy development with a specific focus on transit service planning and implementation, geographic information systems (GIS), community outreach, and qualitative and quantitative research design. She has played a key leadership role in Foursquare ITP’s planning and implementation support for BaltimoreLink, the complete system redesign for the city’s transit. Her previous work has focused on local and commuter fixed-route bus service, transportation demand management, and local and federal policy compliance. Prior to joining Foursquare ITP, Sandy worked for Central Maryland Regional Transit (CMRT).
