Anthony Dowell serves as GIS & Asset Management Group Leader and Project Manager for AECOM in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Dowell specializes in geospatial technology and data, with a primary focus on supporting engineering and infrastructure management programs. Mr. Dowell is a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) and has a Bachelor's degree in Geography & Environmental Systems and a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems, both from UMBC. He is also an adjunct faculty member and the GIS Curriculum Developer for the Mid-Atlantic Center for Emergency Management (MACEM) at Frederick Community College.
